Partner's olive oil and herb cracker, cream cheese or creme fraiche with scallions, slice of tomatillo, smoked Scottish salmon, coriander leaf, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground pepper and a sprinkle of sea salt. Simple and elegant.

ReplyDeleteI will use anything I have. In this case you can use any cracker, melba or baquette toasted. If you roll the salmon into a rosette and place the coriander leaf inside, it is even more elegant. You can use tomato instead of tomatillo, I threw this together. Just remember to drizzle the olive oil and salt! Thanks for your comment, truly appreciated!
