Quick Appetizer

Partner's olive oil and herb cracker, cream cheese or creme fraiche with scallions, slice of tomatillo, smoked Scottish salmon, coriander leaf, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground pepper and a sprinkle of sea salt. Simple and elegant.

  1. Look how fancy that looks. Yet it's so simple to put together. A perfect way to welcome guests with a little pizzazz.

  2. Thanks Food Gal!

I will use anything I have. In this case you can use any cracker, melba or baquette toasted. If you roll the salmon into a rosette and place the coriander leaf inside, it is even more elegant. You can use tomato instead of tomatillo, I threw this together. Just remember to drizzle the olive oil and salt! Thanks for your comment, truly appreciated!

  3. Ooh, it looks so good! This might as well be a perfect appetizer, especially for those who are health conscious. I just love everything about it – from the presentation to the ingredients used! :]
