Quick Appetizer


Partner's olive oil and herb cracker, cream cheese or creme fraiche with scallions, slice of tomatillo, smoked Scottish salmon, coriander leaf, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground pepper and a sprinkle of sea salt. Simple and elegant.

    I will use anything I have. In this case you can use any cracker, melba or baquette toasted. If you roll the salmon into a rosette and place the coriander leaf inside, it is even more elegant. You can use tomato instead of tomatillo, I threw this together. Just remember to drizzle the olive oil and salt! Thanks for your comment, truly appreciated!
